On a Mac laptop (or any Apple keyboard without PgUp/PgDn keys), you switch between sheets in Calc with: Fn + Command + up arrow / down arrow since Fn + up/down arrow correspond to PgUp and PgDn on Mac laptop keyboards. The 100-something key 'Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad' keyboards have dedicated 'page up'/'page down' keys, so no need for such finger calisthenics if you have one of those. On the older models (my 2005 PowerBook, for sure) this was explicitly silkscreened on the keys. Nowadays it's just tribal knowledge. So you would never guess this without someone telling you.
